About Me
Kaylee is an emerging artist based in Andover, Massachusetts.
From childhood to today, Kaylee has exhibited a great interest in visual arts and how they can be used in our understanding of humanity. She pursued education in the arts and psychological fields, double majoring in Painting and Psychology at Salem State University, where she gained new skills and expanded her knowledge across disciplines.
Kaylee’s work is defined by her use of significant childhood objects, meaningful connections to those around her, and intricate intentional details related to these objects. She draws inspiration from the uniquely human aspects of her life and the lives of those around her. She creates pieces that invite viewers to look at and revisit emotions and personal experiences with a new perspective.
When not in the studio, Kaylee enjoys reading, hanging out with friends, and traveling, which can often serve as inspiration for future creative projects. She loves finding new perspectives to incorporate into her art.
Throughout her art, Kaylee aims to have viewers visit or revisit certain life-defining experiences. Each artwork is a testament to Kaylee’s commitment to the exploration of being human and what it means to be creative.
